Aldyn has over 30 years of experience as a senior executive and expert advisor focused on strategy formulation, financial planning, business development and commercial execution in North American electric power and fuels markets.  Previously, Mr. Hoekstra was Vice President, Merchant Portfolio Strategy at The AES Corporation, where he was responsible for portfolio optimization, hedging and trading activities for US merchant generation assets and load-serving portfolios; portfolio risk management strategy development and execution; and commercial structuring, pricing, portfolio analytics and market assessment across the US.  His experience also includes senior roles with DPL Inc., Dayton Power & Light, Pace Global Energy Services, Sempra Energy, ICF Consulting and Cambridge Energy Research Associates, involving deep experience with wholesale and retail energy marketing, market assessment, regulatory policy affairs, utility IRP processes, ratemaking, asset valuation and energy risk management programs.  Mr. Hoekstra holds an MS in Engineering-Economic Systems from Stanford University and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.

Teresa has over 30 years of experience as a senior commercial executive focused on strategic planning, portfolio risk management and commercial operations in wholesale and retail US electricity markets.  Previously, Ms. Marrinan was Senior Vice President, US SBU Commercial for The AES Corporation, where she was responsible for US commercial operations and portfolio strategies for fossil-fired, wind, solar and energy storage resources in PJM, MISO, ERCOT, CAISO and Hawaii markets, and management of the unregulated retail electricity marketing business.  Ms. Marrinan also was an officer of the Dayton Power and Light Company, responsible for fuel procurement and power trading; 24-hour real-time generation dispatch; logistics management of physical commodities and the company’s participation in organized ISO/RTO markets.  She is a Trustee for Goodwill Easter Seals Miami Valley; a part-time instructor in Economics and Finance at The University of Dayton; and prior Board Chair of Foodbank Inc. and Cox Arboretum Foundation.  Ms. Marrinan holds an MBA from Xavier University and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Dayton.
